The Herald delivers substantial reach - the latest readership figures were 200,000 on Saturdays and 137,000 Monday to Friday - and is extremely cost effective.
The Herald Classifieds are the only classifieds published six days a week across the region.

Approximately 56% of the Hunter's population reside in the lower Hunter local government areas of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. The most populous local government areas in the Hunter region are Lake Macquarie 189,196 persons (2004 figures) and Newcastle 145,633
